Article 1 - Company Information

Article 2 - Applicability
These general conditions apply to any offer from CampLamp and any distance contract concluded between CampLamp and consumers via the webshop www.camplamp-shop.com.
Article 3 - Offer and Contract
The offer on the website is without obligation. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind CampLamp.
The contract is concluded when the consumer places an order and receives a confirmation by e-mail.
Article 4 - Prices and Payment
All prices on the website include VAT and exclude any shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
Payment is possible via Credit Card or Pay Pal.
Orders are shipped only after full payment.
Article 5 - Delivery
Delivery takes place at the address provided by the consumer.
Orders are shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise indicated.
Delivery takes place via DHL or UPS.
Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to revoke the agreement within 14 days of receiving the order without giving any reason.
After revocation, the consumer has another 14 days to return the product.
CampLamp will refund the full purchase price including any original shipping costs within 30 days of receiving the return.
The return costs will be borne by CampLamp.
The product must be returned unused and in original condition.
Article 7 - Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
Custom or personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. (Not applicable to CampLamp at this time).
Article 8 - Warranty
All CampLamp products are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty.
Warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use or external factors.
Article 9 - Complaints
Complaints about the performance of the contract must be made within a reasonable time, fully and clearly described, via klantenservice@camplamp.nl.
CampLamp aims to answer complaints within 7 working days.
Article 10 - Liability
CampLamp is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of data. Liability is limited to the amount of the order.
Article 11 - Force Majeure
CampLamp is not obliged to fulfill any obligation if this is prevented as a result of force majeure.
Article 12 - Applicable Law
These conditions are exclusively governed by United Kingdom law. In case of disputes, the court of the domicile of CampLamp has jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
